Overview

The A2212 Brushless FPV Drone Motor is a low price drone motor designed for beginners, hobbyists and drone enthusiasts. Available in four KV variants—930KV, 1000KV, 1400KV, and 2200KV—this motor supports 2S to 3S LiPo batteries and delivers optimized thrust and efficiency for various drone applications. This motor ensures smooth flight performance for quadcopters, multirotors, and other RC aircraft.

The 930KV model, paired with a 1060 propeller, draws 9.8A under load and produces 660g of thrust at 109W, achieving a high efficiency of 6.1g/W.

The 1000KV version, with a 1047 prop, draws 15.6A for 885g of thrust at 173W, offering an efficiency of 5.1g/W. The 1400KV variant runs best with a 9050 prop, consuming 19A to provide 910g of thrust at 210W, with 4.3g/W efficiency.

For higher speed setups, the 2200KV motor paired with a 6030 prop consumes 21.5A to generate 732g of thrust at 239W, with an efficiency of 3.1g/W. All models operate at a voltage of 11.1V and have an approximate weight of 52g.

Mechanically, the A2212 motor features a robust design with a 27.7mm outer diameter and a 27mm length (excluding the shaft), totaling 40mm with the shaft included. The shaft diameter is 3.17mm, making it compatible with standard prop mounts. It includes a 4-hole M3 mounting configuration on a 19mm circle with a 16mm inner hole spacing. The motor comes pre-wired with approximately 65mm long cables in black, yellow, and red for easy ESC connection.

The A2212 is ideal for quadcopters, multirotors, and DIY RC aircraft, offering a great balance between power and efficiency.
