What is a Backorder?

An order for a product which is temporarily out of stock with us but we procure them on demand. Backorders are mostly shipped within 7 to 10 working days depending on our ordering schedule.

When will my order be shipped?

All INSTOCK orders placed before 5pm are shipped on the same day, orders after 5pm will be shipped on the next working day.

Do you provide warranty?

We do not provide warranty on electronics spare parts. Some products like big brand oscilloscopes, multimeters, Soldering irons, etc. may be available for warranty.

Can you help us design a product/project?

Sorry! We do not accept such requests at this time. May be in the future.

How can I track my order?
