Up to 256 × 256 × 260 mm as a single piece. Anything bigger has to be split into parts that each fit inside that envelope.
Yes. Drop in as many STLs as you like — each part keeps its own material, color, layer height, infill and quantity, and each is priced on its own geometry. One button adds the whole list to your cart; parts that can't be printed as configured stay behind so the rest can go through.
PLA and PETG. Color, layer height, and infill are picked in the configurator above, and the price updates as you change them — a finer layer height takes longer to print, and more infill uses more material.
From your model's own geometry — its material volume — together with the material, layer height, and infill you choose. Quoted prices exclude GST — 18% GST is added in the cart, and the configurator shows the GST-inclusive amount alongside every quote. The quote is an estimate: unusually complex models can need support structures, and we confirm those with you before anything is printed.
No. Upload a model and price it without signing in. Every quote gets its own link, so you can bookmark it or send it on, and reopening that link brings the configurator back with the same model and options.
Yes. A print in your cart links back to its quote; reopening it turns the configurator into an editor, and changing an option re-prices that cart line in place rather than adding a second one.
Your order page tracks it through production, from the queue to the quality check to dispatch — the same page you would use for any other order.
They stay private to your order and are deleted after 90 days.
