B2B Sales Manager

Mumbai (Mulund West)HybridFull-time3-6 years
Apply for this Role

About the role

Thousands of engineering colleges, Atal Tinkering Labs, corporate R&D teams, and hardware startups in India buy the exact products we stock, often from slower and pricier channels. We already serve many of them when they come to us. Your job is to turn that into a deliberate, growing line of business.

This is a builder role. You'll define the playbook, close the deals, and shape how we quote, credit, and serve institutional buyers, including for our 3D printing service.

What you'll do

  • Own the B2B pipeline end to end: prospecting, quotations, negotiation, closure, and repeat business
  • Build relationships with engineering colleges, schools with ATL and STEM labs, makerspaces, and corporate R&D buyers
  • Respond to bulk enquiries and tenders with fast, accurate, margin-sound quotes
  • Sell our 3D printing service to product teams and studios that need parts on demand
  • Work with purchasing on special-order sourcing and with operations on credit terms and fulfilment
  • Define what we need in tooling and pricing to scale B2B. You'll shape the roadmap, not inherit one

What we're looking for

  • 3+ years of B2B sales in electronics, industrial supplies, ed-tech or STEM, or a related technical category
  • A track record of closing institutional or corporate accounts and growing them
  • Comfortable discussing technical products. You don't need to be an engineer, but you can't be afraid of a spec sheet
  • Self-directed. You build your own pipeline and your own process

Bonus points

  • An existing network in education procurement, the ATL ecosystem, or maker communities
  • Experience with the GeM portal and institutional tenders
  • Familiarity with 3D printing or rapid prototyping services

How to apply

Email your resume to [email protected] with the role in the subject line, and a few honest lines on why you're the one.

Built, printed, or soldered something you're proud of? Tell us about it. It counts for more than you'd think.
