Maker Drive is a beginner-friendly dual-channel H-bridge motor driver designed to make DC brushed motor control easier to build, test, and troubleshoot. It supports motor voltages from 2.5V to 9.5V DC and delivers up to 1.0A continuous per channel, making it a practical choice for small robots, line followers, battery-powered projects, and learning setups.

Unlike many basic motor drivers, Maker Drive includes manual test buttons and status LEDs for each channel, so you can verify direction, wiring, and output behaviour even before writing code. It accepts 1.8V, 3.3V, and 5V logic, so it works with popular controllers such as Arduino, Raspberry Pi, ESP32, ESP8266, micro:bit, and more.

A built-in 5V buck-boost output can supply up to 200mA to an external controller from the same motor supply, helping reduce wiring and separate power requirements in low-voltage projects. Additional features such as regenerative braking, reverse polarity protection, support for PWM up to 20kHz, and compact dimensions make it a solid motor driver for beginners and makers who want fast, reliable testing.
