Overview
Maker Drive is a beginner-friendly dual-channel H-bridge motor driver designed to make DC brushed motor control easier to build, test, and troubleshoot. It supports motor voltages from 2.5V to 9.5V DC and delivers up to 1.0A continuous per channel, making it a practical choice for small robots, line followers, battery-powered projects, and learning setups.
Unlike many basic motor drivers, Maker Drive includes manual test buttons and status LEDs for each channel, so you can verify direction, wiring, and output behaviour even before writing code. A built-in 5V buck-boost output can supply up to 200mA to an external controller from the same motor supply, helping reduce wiring and separate power requirements in low-voltage projects.
